Cooking Cost Comparision using LPG, Rice Cooker, Induction and Infrared Cooker

This is a pilot research finding report conducted by Prof. Dr. Jagan Nath Shrestha, Debendra B. Raut and Deepak L. Shrestha; associated with the Center for Energy Studies, Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, Nepal. This study shows the time, energy and cost associated with rice cooking using different cooker.
