The document is an outcome of the intense discussion and consultation at various levels from district to regional to national level with different stakeholders. The opinions and suggestions raised by the participants of the consultation workshops organized in various parts of Nepal has been incorporated while drafting this publication. The guidelines provided by the Least Developed Countries Expert Group (LEG) on NAPs have been followed to prepare this document.
